Any stockholder in SPRL that has held for at least a year is down over 98% so everyone of them have lost all their money...you're not alone Becky. All that's been accomplished is the issuance of new shares and the sellers of those shares are the only winners in this game. There's a reason why new shares are issued with regularity. There's also a reason why Velvet Mallet (Shadow) on the IHUB will not divulge the terms of the Private Placement he says he participated in. What's disconcerting is the fact that SPRL is issuing equity via private placement but makes no mention of these financings to shareholders nor do they mention the terms and the most loyal of shareholders (Velvetmallet) refuses to share the terms when asked to do so. Unfortunately you had never had a fighting chance becky.
