DESC posting this here since this is where I chronicled most of the DESC trades. From a recent filing: "Closing of this loan is expected in late May or early June, but is subject to several closing conditions, including the condition that the registrant's business will not have experienced a material adverse change since the signing of the Agreement. The registrant cannot provide any assurance that the conditions will be satisfied and the closing will occur." Today is June 1st. Combine the foregoing with presentation regarding the NPS 100 kW turbine Combine foregoing with insider purchases last November, ~ only six months ago. Most importantly, combine with a $29 mill mkt cap. Decided to get back in at this level that has shown some suprising support in this area. If nothing else (read: stock goes down from here), the upcoming conf call s/b interesting. And, I suspect that the delay/silence means something else. So, I expect a pop from here and I expect it soon (read before EOM). Stay tuned.
