Several months have gone by since the lock up period after Qimonda's IPO and Infineon hasn't sold a single share of QI since the lock-up expiration.

One reason for QI's low price was the overhang created by Infineon owning most of QI shares. I reckon investors should be less afraid of Infineon dumping QI shares. After all, months have gone by and Infineon didn't sell.
