Why not? Who else is responsible for the $570Mn wasted... The specific issue Chris Considine brought up was that "Detailed plans for the new U.S. Embassy under construction in Baghdad appeared online". No your replying about the money spent. Your changing the topic. Not that doing so is wrong, but you your presenting your point as if it was in the context of my reply to Chris, and it isn't.
