Dear Harley, Yes I agree about past and present prices- way oversold. In fact I have to keep pinching myself, to remind me that Im not dreaming . The market has slept on this one: when it wakes up this one will fly.

From what I know about Louis Clinton(no relation to Bill), he says what he's going to do, and does what he says. He's operated in this area more than 15 years with Freeport, has many contacts, and knows the system. My acessment is, he'll get the job done.
