To Whom It May Concern:
In reference to Plasticon International, Inc. Case No. 07-50934, Plasticon has named me as a creditor in their bankruptcy. Plasticon has me listed as a creditor owing $48,000.00 when actually the amount is $386,000.00.
I have enclosed all the necessary documents which can verify the amount of $386,000.00. Here is a brief explanation. There are three Promissory Notes totaling $340,000.00 when these went into default and the stock that was held in escrow as collateral was not delivered a new agreement was made for $340,00.00 plus $50,000.00 in bonus compensation due to the default of the loans. The new agreement has monthly payments of $1,000.00 and a full payment due at the end of one year which at the time of the bankruptcy only four payments have been made. I have enclosed copies of the four payments. This leaves a balance of $386,000.00. I do not know how Plasticon calculated that it was only $48,000.00.
