Celeryroot, I don't think that LGND has to announce the diabetes deal until the last t is crossed and the last i is dotted. They have clearly told many that it's coming (I believe that its mentioned in all recent analyst's reports). I'm virtually certain that Robinson knows the terms of the diabetes deal. LGND has been in heavy duty negotiations for many months now and I too would put it in the "done deal" category. An announcement this week would not surprise me.
