The totally BS $5.0 million loan to AMTX and Fraudulent Conveyance

It has come to my attention that, without the consent of their
shareholders, WSTL has advanced $5.0 million in the form of a loan to
AMTX. I am steamed to say the absolute least. What in the Sam Hill is
going on here Admiral.

I also strongly believe that without having the benefit of the $5.0
million loan that AMTX is insolvent and therefore this deal could not
have been consumated therefore due to fraudulent conveyance issues.

I'm still long - but I'll tell you what - this has been a BS blindside
that smacks of non-shareholder driven motivations. In other words the
BIG "E" word. That's right ego .

No wonder the dadgum thing has sold off. I don't think anyone was in the
wings anywhere near these prices as AMTX had a certain cash crisis
liquidity problem and was being touted high and low on the Street. I
have a strong inclination that AMTX may have been fair game at much
lower prices, but, I think the Admiral may have let his ego get in the
way.

I'm gonna sit down; go through an agonizing reappraisal and
recapitulation; and I must say there clearly becomes an 88 day window
here; fish or cut bait.

Good Luck To Each And All
