It would seem the bank saw its security about to devalue and requested that you cash out 20.5 million to pay debts? The bank has incredible timing as well. Do you have offshore accounts? Was the money used to buy a house next to Bre-exs Felderhof? Will you take a lie detector test. As Shareholders we demand the right to you taking a lie detector test on this and future announcements. I now, am no longer a believer in anything you have said or will say. I will retain my Corel position in hopes that Shareholders take thier rightful position and kick the BOD's BUTT. Can you give me a direct answer instead of Clipping suitable responses from a standard list of excuses and promises. Mr. Bean Cowpland mix of Form letter and free writing: Dont forget that on Oct 27th we will unveil to the press & analysts our new Network Computer- 10x the speed of Suns Javastation, Remangen which outperforms Citrix - valued at $1Billion, Alta which is a breakthrough teamware killer app in Java & HTML & CorelDraw8 which is our best Draw ever. Our base sales are over $300M US and new products will be gravy over this. As the new products begin to kick in next year we will return to strong profitablility and leadership in the new WEBtop era. We have under 70M shares out standing. Citrix is at 10x sales Visio is at 10x sales Microsoft is at 12x sales At 10x sales Corel shares would be $44US or $60CDN Open Text went through a similar restructuring to Corel last year and they are now 8x sales. Our shares deserve to be surging upwards very soon. I have been running public high tech. companies for 22 years with a consistently professional behaviour including recent sales - and no I dont have any offshore acounts. I am working 18hrs a day to propel Corel forward at top speed and we are just around the corner - so hang in there - and please hold the bad language.
