Plame gave more than one answer to the same question at different times. If she weren't a Democrat, Fitzgerald could have indicted her for perjury and obstruction of justice. Wilson discovered they were full of it. SO he reported it. No, he didn't. His visit tended to confirm that the Iraqis were interested in acquiring more yellowcake and thus still had nuclear ambitions. Which we know from the Duelfer report to be the truth.
