YES!!! She was a red head! About 5 foot 10. She had legs that were about 10 foot 5. She definitely had that glow you mentioned. I just stared, as did several other guys in the mall who also recognized that glow. You were right... I was wrong. It exists! You can be assured I'll be even more on the look out for that in the future. Oh Happy Day!!!
