The universe is about 14 BILLION years old and the Earth is about 4 BILLION years old. You're looking for entirely new species in a span of 10K years???? Change takes place fairly rapidly in the DNA and can be observed.... It has been determined (from DNA studies) that Homo Erectus (humans) evolved in Africa and spread to Asia and Europe from there...did you know your ancestors were black???
