Because Rudy dressed as a woman once or several times - I assume as a joke - doesn't equate to likes to dress as a woman. More likely is Cliff likes to imagine that Rudy likes to dress as a awoman for some strange perverted reason. As a straight guy, I would never dress up as a woman. Yeah, you "as a straight guy" are just obsessed with: people who like to dress as women and identifying and outing secret gays - sometimes in groups as when you identified an entire church choir as gay. Yeah, you're a normal straight guy all right - NOT.
