you are most fortunate LC. I will have to check out the writings of Pierre Bourdieu & to read how it is applicable to myself. my cultural being/ awareness was on hiatus for 50 years...unknownst to me...just too suppressed. I discovered for myself classical music in eastern Europe & started out liking Mozart & Brahms. somehow, more things in life made much more sense. the beer tasted better, the food tasted better, the women looked better and actually they seemed much nicer. now I like Chopin alot, also DeBussey, Rachmaninov, Vivaldi, & Albeniz. I think my life will really improve tremendously this now. I guess I'll have to get some big cultural awareness bucks together to better understand the world. it would be my crappy luck if & when I figure out life's scheme of things, I die.
