If you mean taxes will go up, sure, but the weather is so good it is hard to believe.

For about 2 months in summer, run the A/C on medium for about 4 hours from 3pm until 7 pm.

For 3 months is in winter, you need a little heat - even less if you close the windows.

The weather is really nice.

Traffic isn't too heavy, and there is little pollution.
