Vichy France, too, collaborated with Nazi Germany so, why didn't you set up a Jewish Homeland in, say, Corsica? Actually, there were proposals to form the Jewish "homeland" in both Madagascar or Uganda. But since Jews were living in Palestine as an organized community LONG before Arabs (or even the Philistines, whom some assert the Palestinians are the descendants) it made more since to permit them to purchase land in Palestine (the Yishuv) and settle there. How much of that land did the Arabs 1300 years ago purchase from the previous owners? How much land did the Arabs purchase from the Coptic Christians of Egypt? Hawk
