Hawk, you are mixing terminologies. You can be an Arab Jew same as you can an Arab Christian and an Arab Muslim. I am trying to see your point but I can't can you clarify?

I do not think that anyone can answer that question. As you know that people in the region were Israelites descendants of Abraham, no one person can lay claim. However, most of the Jew that migrated to Palestine were Europeans. The Jews in Palestine we called Arab Jews, they lived with Muslims and Christians as neighbors, friends, business partners like any other community in America. Until the European migrations.
