What do they mean when they say we have a bubble or when a stock is overbought? I recently saw a trader make a comment on a thread concerning one of our own NN400, so I did some checking. In March of 2000 this companies stock hit 40.75, today it is 10.8. Between the annual report of 2000 & 2006 The companies working capital, sales revenues, and stock holder equity have all expanded.... This is ahead of what is likely to be the best year ever for this company 08, if you dont believe me, check....yourself; by listening to a few recent CC. todays volume is a whopping 34,000 out of a potential of 30 million.......says it all. Understanding trade speak means to fact check the definitions, just like we define our vocabulary here, ask them to define thier vocabulary, because what I am getting at is the trade speak is hollow, lacks definition, is applied arbitrarily and capriciously to move the issue in the direction of need and the need is always self interest, not value arbitration. Me thinks we could run these simple tests across our complex with similar or even better results.
