Posting a pic is fairly straight forward.

Place your cursor over the pic you wish to post.

Right click to get a menu

Select properties

A small tab should appear

Block copy the entire URL Address from that tab

In the SI message where you want to post the pic type the following:

<img src='>

Paste the copied URL between the apostrophes ('). There should be two apostrophes up there, but one gets removed when I try to post the pic posting format.

There you go!
