CGPI Is up 5% today after announcing that the USPTO has informed it that its patent application covering Oracea will be issued on June 19. This patent covers the use of tetracyclines in a sub-antibiotic amount, including Oracea, specifically for the treatment of papules and pustules associated with acne and rosacea. biz.yahoo.com CGPI Has cut its losses by half in the last 2 Qs & has also had triple digit improvements on revenues for 2 consecutive Qs.
