(2000 peace treaty proposal) If Arafat signed that treaty, he would have been killed instantly, he knew that. Giving up East Jerusalem is not negotiable. As for the Kurds, I believe they are in the same boat as the Palestinian, oppressed and fragmented. I am not too familiar with the situation, but I will get back to you.
