You are definitly wrong on this. exchange2000.com There is even a thread here on SI devoted to notification of threads that have company officers responding on their thread, I guess that puts the IR at Intel in violation as he is known to post on intel threads. As long as they only discuss information that has been released through proper new channels for wide area distribution they can talk, and add information as long as it is not privledged, just like they can talk to you on the phone, they just have to be careful they don't prerelease information here. This has been discussed on the BNGO thread, and the lawyers say it is legal, but it is wise to make sure it is public knowledge before you release it. Rod
