His lawyer probably gave him too much credit and didn't think to tell him something like "Whatever you do, don't post our private trial preparations and discussions, or your thoughts about the trial, the case, opposing counsel or the jury on the internet." LOL.

Then again, he evidently failed to impress upon him the need for maintaining strict confidence about what they're doing.
With arrogant defendants, you have to do that.

Years ago I defended a doctor in a sex harassment case. Worst experience of my life.....lol
