As deeno indicated in his reply to this message, you may want to try to corroborate the information you received.

Unless your estate is incredibly huge and complicated, I do not see how an atty could justify the rates you posted.

At least, my estate atty in Arizona doesn't. Could be a state-to-state issue, but I doubt it.
