Have heard nothing. But when I saw it I didn't like it and thought could hurt the price. After reflection, I considered the combo stronger, easier to raise cash, more stable. And Roulston liked it. But the upside for any big RG find would be reduced and that was why I was in. I think Tom Drivas is a super CEO and accept his decision either way. Did not sell sh on the merger; bought some since it is off. Have built my entire position with mkt sh, PP was a little too high but would have been better off now with the extra wts.
