New management position at Sepracor?

José Sierra has today filed Forms 3 and 4. Evidently just employed in a position as SVP, Chief Compliance Officer (whatever such a beast may do during his office time).

Mr. Sierra used to hold the same position at Kos. Mr Adams, it seems, is bringing in his own troops.
