Al Qaida is definitely stronger than ever after Bush could have wiped them out completely in 2002. He even had Bin laden and his crew trapped at Tora Bora but just let them go and later called off all pursuit of them. Why? We don't know.

Al Qaida needn't attack us in the US. It's much easier to attack excellent US military targets on their own turf. And Bush and the US occupation along with things like Abu Graiab have proven to be the greatest ever recruiting tool for new Al Qaida nut cases.
