Steve: I agree that the price has bounced back in anticipation of buying to come (shorts or otherwise). I base my opinion on a look at Fridays time and sales report. I don't have it in front of me, however I recall that the bid was raised to 5 on virtually no volume. Then one block of 15,000 shares traded at the ASK of 5 3/8. With this small amount of buying moving the bid up by 1/2, I am optimistic about seeing the rebound continue this coming week.

Stratajema: This sure is a funny game we play! I understand well your desire to see NTEG decline in the near term. I believe in a little penny stock, MZEI, so strongly that I also wish my shares would tank out just so I could load up! With Integ however, I'm happy with what I've got and hope that we have just seen the bottom.

Although I also do not have the "inside scoop" on when the design freeze of the meter will occur, I find it hard to accept your guesstimate of mid '98. After watching stocks go up and down for a couple of years, I tend to think that this recent decline may actually be the obligatory "shakeout" that often occurs before a serious move upwards. In the wake of the TCPI news, it was easy do. At this point "only the hairdesser knows for sure". The rebound late Friday however has left me feeling optimistic!
