Anybody still interested in UEPS? Looks intriguing, but I see people were saying the same thing several years ago. I guess things took longer to develop than expected. Takes a while to change people's habits with money - and get them doing transactions in a new way. But now the company has good earnings growth and a solid balance sheet. UEPS seems like a classic disruptive technology - serving customers who are too poor for incumbents to care about. All the while building up infrastructure, technology, customers and experience.
