First week of July is deadline for Merck to exercise their option on GRN163L. Data will be delivered on GRN163L at Conference June 11-15. <early data> The pricing of their option is the avg of a five day trading window over the conference time frame. The cap was 12 and something -- working from memory here? So don't hold me to it. :) Looks like a roll of the dice... Company seems very confident -- but I have seen that before. I'm long. FWIW
