The Nartional Intelligence Report confirmed that Bush's debacle in Iraq has made AL Qaida stronger. So have the leaders of Jordan and Egypt. If you beluieve otherwise you have no understanding of the real world. Bush has not bee a counter-terrorist, his actiuons have helped terrorists immensely. Three years ago Al Qaida was almost finished off, but now they are stronger than ever before. You can blame Bush-Cheney. And the longer those two are in power the worse it will get.
