Sorry to interrupt your reminiscing and the discussion of Gonu and its global oil impact, but there's a large cloud sitting off the coast of Africa south of the Cape Verde area. Here's what the NHC says about it: "AN UPPER
LEVEL TROUGH IS OVER THE E ATLANTIC NEAR THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS." Just a terse after thought at this time but its the kind of thing that gets my mind spinning. Thoughts ? It seems a bit early.
