What if 123 agreement doesn't work???

How does this affect THPW and their plans??? Does anyone think that our research in Russia could be jeopardized by the growing tension between Russia and the West?

If I were in the 123 negotiations on the Indian side, there is no way in the world I would accept the agreement as it now stands. 1. Because it will keep them from achieving energy independence and utilizing their thorium. 2. For historical reasons, another Western foreign power is trying to step on the throats of Indian people at some point enough is enough. I hope there are some Doves in the US side of the negotiations who believe that MAD (mutually assured destruction) is enough to keep the Indians from actually nuking one of their enemies now or anytime in the future.
