Joe, What's the aim of the Intel/STM Deal? IIrc they plan an IPO later this year. Soon their NOR products won't be competitive against MirrorBit anymore and all they have are some patents for phase change. I expect them to make a big hype out of their future phase change developments in order to manage the IPO. Otherwise they have to shut down their FABs and say goodbye. I cannot calculate how long they need to originate a competitive product. However, in the meantime the SPSN stock should exceed the book value for a while... Werner
