Dr. Oliver et al: What is your therapeutic approach to CDC stage B, C patients? For what conditions are you prescibing prophylactic treatment? What do you do if you prescribe a PI, like Viracept, and the patient doesn't have the money to pay for it? What is the actual patient cost for Viracept vs Crix (if no insurance coverage)? Thanks.
