While I don't like Reverse Splits, there is a tendency for stock prices to actually rise prior to and shortly after the split... Then, more times than not, the stock price falls...

So... We have a several year window in which the stock price should appreciate... In addition, if the cash flow and revenue picture substantially appreciate, JAVC might actually benefit from the reverse split...

But... With the above said, we are all responsible for our actions with regard to doing due diligence on the investments we make, and the timing decisions involved... "Buy the company, not just the stock"...
