Werner, Welcome to the thread! Just to add that phase change competition for Spansion should first come from Samsung because they are further ahead with this technology and have the money to make it a success. This is btw one of the reasons why I don't think that Samsung will ever buy Spansion (besides them competing with Spansion's biggest customers). For the longer term I actually think Samsung has moved to the front as competitor #1 for Spansion even though they're using Spansion flash currently. Regards, Rink
