Amazing how quiet the other bear boards are these days even with tons of red finally on the screen. Permabears shorting other areas besides builders/subprime might have capitulated? For every beaten up Hovnanian or Novastar there seems to 50 like Amazon or Mohawk that went parabolic during this 11 month run.. Classic posts today by Benwood.. Member 30027
