Good Afternoon Sam & Everyone, I hope everyone is enoying their weekend. In hopes of saving everyone a little time and money, I thought I would put out this commentary concerning DCI (DCTC). I have received well over 50 phones calls since Friday as well as a ton of E-Mails. Most inquiries, as you might have already guessed, concerned my thoughts on when the "quiet period" would be over and what I think could be taking place. Let me start with this statement. Yes, I probably have called the company more than anyone that I know of and have probably met with members of management more than most. This is not special in itself as anyone could have, and still can do, the same thing. DCI management has always been very accessible to their shareholders and have shown concern for every individual shareholder. Those that have taken the time can relate to the fact that it has been a great experience. Mr. Murphy and all of DCI management from Corporate Headquarters, as well as all the division heads from the their various divisions, are nothing short of hard-working professionals with expertise in their various fields. The thing that has always struck me is the fact that they treat us all as equals and are willing to share like time with shareholders, regardless of how many shares we might hold. I think that alot of the credit has to go to Mr. Murphy in regards to this. He knows what type of people that he needs to surround us with in order to do the best job possible. He demands loyalty and a committment to hard work. Many of these individuals have put in long hours in the past year. Their work day does not end at 5:00 P.M., and has not for a long time. Mr. Murphy has a plan in mind for us and will not stop short of what he has in mind. Individuals such as Bettencourt (P.E.L.), McTaggart (Cyberfax), M. Zwebner (Card Call-UK) Zwebner (Card Call-Canada), Sheppard (R & D Scientific), Morris (Travel Source Limited), Muller (Muller Media), COO Shatsoff, CFO Hintz, CMO Adams, V.P. D. Murphy are all on the same team. I have spent many hours on the phone, as well as in-person, with every one of them. The only one I haven't spent in-person time with is Mr. McTaggart, but have spoken to him on many occasions. Many of these people have literally circled the globe in the past year in order to build this company into what is about to take place. I believe the first hint of what is in store for us was when Mr. Murphy hired Porter, LaVay & Rose (PLR) as a full-time Public Relations firm. Very, very few OTC BB companies do not even consider such a thing. They (PLR) are big-time Madison Ave. and they (PLR) would never think of being involved with a company that didn't have a great "game plan". I have spent alot of time talking with Michael Robbins from PLR. I sense the same enthusiasm from him as I do from Mr. Murphy. If I were to tell you what he, (Michael Robbins-PLR), thought this company could be worth in a year's time you would send someone to lock me up in an asylum. Now, when are we gonna' get some news??? You know I try to give leeway time for things like lawyer perusal, etc.. That is why it's so hard to guess or predict a time frame. How many parties are involved? We don't know. Ergo, we don't know how many teams of lawyers, representing how many other entities, are involved. I can just go by my instincts and a feeling for what I perceive over a phone. I'll repeat what I said last week. I have NEVER felt such a feeling of elation and anticipation as I have felt in brief talks this week. Will it be this week? I can't answer that!!! Do I think you should be positioned right now??? I'll put it this way. I wouldn't want to be caught without it at this point in time. Keep this in mind also. A very good post was put up by Lou on SI a few days back. DCI was ready to put out a few releases when this "quiet period" became mandatory. We now know that we had some releases coming plus the results of the "quiet period". Then---SOMETHING ELSE HAPPENED!!!! "Quiet Period" was extended because it now affects all divisions. I was told that I could not talk to heads of any divisions in regards to company business. IMO, at that point in time, it became a much bigger story. Speculation has run rampant with all of us. We all have our own theories, including myself. I can only predict to this extent. I think we are very close and I would hope that everyone has positioned themselves accordingly. Remember the old TV show---TW3--"THAT WAS THE WEEK THAT WAS"????? Hopefully, real soon, we will be able to reflect back and say---TW3!!!!!
