Evans Systems, Inc. Acquires Rights to Market and Sell the Boondoggle Sports Network Internationally Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has purchased the rights to sell the Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) on the international market from HumWare Media Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HMWM). The Company has agreed to pay approximately 3.1 million shares of restricted common stock, which gives Evans Systems the exclusive right to market and sell the Boondoggle Sports Network outside North America. The Company expects to market the BSN to a growing number of countries with increasingly large sports audiences.
Evans Systems will initially focus on establishing a presence in the United Kingdom and will utilize management's experience and contacts to expand into other European countries. Evans will implement its strategy by approaching several of the major pub chains, advertising partners, as well as U.K.-based quiz companies. Over the last several years, interactive quiz games have increasingly become a direct competitor to the more traditional European pub games.

Recently, Evans Systems and HumWare Media signed a contract for the development and maintenance of the Child Watch Network (CWN). HumWare has agreed to create, advance and sustain a new digital Child Watch Network for Evans Systems over the next five years. The Child Watch Network will provide instantaneous updates on missing children alerts, together with numerous advertising opportunities in retail outlets.
