SPRL has yet another "understanding" or is this an "agreement".... SPRL has "entered into a Letter of Intent with Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (PINK SHEETS:SPRL) to negotiate a contract".... Why do these guy's not negotiate the contract, agree to the understanding and then definitively announce what they've managed to agree on? This is the silliest ###t I've ever seen! SPRL can never seem to accomplish anything but they can manage to explain to shareholders that they have LOI's to "negotiate"?? SPRL has never announced that they've accomplished ANYTHING but they have "LOI"'s to reach agreement to pursue understandings to form JV's?? LMAO! " Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (OTC:SPRL - News),... today announced that it has signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture" Why not just form your JV and mention it then? This is EXACTLY why SPRL puts out bogus releases and the share price goes nowhere but DOWN! They are not announcing anything. They are simply announcing that they are pursuing something that "IF" it materializes may be worth announcing at some point. This is EXACTLY why shares are flooded into the market with every PR!
