If you read spec on the S3, its says will only work with cable. Recall reading article that stated this. But see avsforum.com for a discussion on this issue. I'm a DirecTV customer. I'm hoping by the time the term of myy 2-yr agreement with their current POS HR20 HD DVR is up, DirecTV will have cut a deal with TiVo & made available an MPEG4 HD DVR compatible with DBS HD feeds.
