It means to buy low and sell high. Stocks only get low when the outlook is very bleak. The outlook for Corel is very bleak, thus it is low. That translates into a buy.

Despite all the complaining going on about this company I never hear anything bad said about their products. I also see Corel all over Universities and retail stores.

Could the weakening in sales have to do with the fact that WordPerfect Suite 8 wasn't released until near the end of last quarter and that CorelDRAW 8 won't be released until the end of October?

Food for thought.

By the way, as painful as it is to lose money, I have lost some on Corel too, it serves no constructive purpose to whine. What's done is done. Sueing Cowpland and/or Corel will not solve anything. You may get a few dollars back but you will hurt Corel (and the chances of your stock going back up) which more than offsets any gain you would get from a lawsuit. We are all grown men (and women) and we are all appraised of the risks of doing battle with the Microsoft juggernaut. Perhaps Corel will make an ass out of me yet again, but I truly feel that just about every negative development possible has been priced into the stock (well, at least after tomorrow). Selling now means you are selling at or very near the bottom.

That's my two cents.
