Bush is the best friend terrorists ever had. He doesn't fight terrorists, he creates situations where terrorist groups can recruit thousands of new members and take then kill our troops. Bush had his chance to wipe out Al Qaida and blew it. He wasn't concerned with Osama Bin Laden, he said. yes, he actually said that.

"He doesn't concern me", Bush said. So then who does concern Bush? Who has he been illegally wiretapping in this country? Is that who concerns him?
