Carter is a great American and the greatest ex president. The major problems during his one term were not of his doing and there was nothing he could have done to change the conditions. Most of it was a hangtover from Vietnam and the collapse of the old western control over OPEC. He also did some wonderful things. I've listed them before. But you don't care about wonderful things that help the country, only smearing great Americans and supporting crooks. Bush hasn't done anything positive on any level, except for the top 1% richest Americans of course, and for terrorists.
