Wheatens have a lot of good things about them including" 1. No odor 2. Hypo allergenic 3. Dont bark unless driven too (they say if a Wheaten barks you better do something cause danger is near) 4. Fantastically loyal (animal behavior book I have says that of all the animals on earth the Wheaten is more attuned to a human being and his feelings then any other). 5. Are a house dog even an apartment dog. Just give them two good walks a day and they are happy. Size them up with my Scottish Terrier: 1. Smells like his old stuffed cow toy that he just dug back up after about six months. 2. Allergenic to the point he gets a hypo every week..... 3. Barks if his doggie door blows a little in the wind..or for any other reason. 4. Loyal...unless I forget to feed him, then he is out of here... 5. Have to take him out for a drag now and again... 6. His owner is a soft touch and he knows it LOL!
