As you know we are negotiating our new contract with the sheetmetal workers union. I hate these clowns with a passion. At any rate the state president offered to settle the contract for the same rate as he had settled the other areas for, 6.20 per hour over 3 years. Then he decided at the last minute that wasn't enough. So last night after a week of working without a contract and continuing to talk the membership voted to go on strike. Unreal. So now I have picketer's in front of my place.

Know what else I have? My employee's. Every one of them crossed the line and came to work.

I think beer and pizza is where it's at for lunch.
