I think there is more to it than that, or less, depending on your perspective.

Bottom line is this .... there is a lot going on in the world today. An awful lot. I no more think it is all about 'fiat' money. It may be more about plain ole growth. Global growth and supply and demand.

People everywhere like what technology has to offer. AND the US has a lot of technology and technology related issues. Many of these companies have global business models, yet in infancy.

In short I am following more than Ebay.

There are more tech charts out there that appear to have boolish possibilities, w/r to next few years. There is a boolish EW possibility to the Naz as well. The data that will come in over the course of the summer should tell the story. If we have a nice correction over the next 3 months or so to cool things off, pull sentiment back, without going to far it will suit me fine.

Afa the dollar if it goes up there is plus side to that is well .... cheaper commodities.

Sharelynx has some interesting DOW charts. 1929 happened about 70 years after the civil war. WWII ended a bit over 60 years ago.
