My only point was that Nokia knew the ramifications of their actions, including the "admissions", before they took them and long before the Broadcom decision much less the issuance of the injunction.

The disputes between these companies are as close to total war as you get in corporatopia... short of calling for carrier strikes... and boots on the ground.

It will be interesting to see if Bush climbs aboard this "imminent threat" song and dance their trying to spin. It's not as though he's unfamiliar with the allure of paranoia in this country. After the innumerable "invisible border" incidents, the New Orleans' sinking, Wall Streets endemic flat fraudulence, the Enron Rape of California et al., the magical "disappearing" Abramoff/Delay/Congress Scandals, and of course the "godly fearing" Iraq lunacy one can scarcely imagine the idiot will have the intellect to avoid putting his imprint on in this one too.

But then... I suppose... it's possible that Broadcom's supporters make more "campaign" contributions than the Q's. <Hoo><ack><pHooie>
