JC, You say: >> Sueing [sic] Cowpland and/or Corel will not solve anything. You may get a few dollars back but you will hurt Corel (and the chances of your stock going back up) which more than offsets any gain you would get from a lawsuit. <<

Rather shorted-sighted of you for an investor. The point of insisting on a regulatory investigation and prosecution is not "a few dollars" for shareholders but restoration of credibility for Corel Corp. How can you, or any fund manager, or anyone else place trust in anything Cowpland says after this debacle? With so much emphasis placed by the Street on earnings estimates, whisper numbers, IR reports, the reliability of management projections, etc. Cowpland's corrupt actions have poisoned this stock for good -- or at least until he is booted out or imprisoned, whichever comes first.
